Terms & conditions
This promotion is available for new group and event enquiries for 10 people or more that are received from today until 30th September 2026, and which go on to be confirmed at an Amplified Hotels represented hotel, and which take place before 31st August 2027.
- Your enquiry must be submitted via Amplified Hotels to qualify, and you must quote this promotion (‘Dining Promo’)
- Enquiries we’ve already received won’t be eligible (they’ve already had their moment in the spotlight!).
- Enquiries sent directly to the hotel or through third-party booking platforms also fall outside this promotion.
- The confirmation thresholds are for individual bookings; it is not possible to claim for multiple smaller bookings.
Gift vouchers will be issued after your event has taken place, once the final hotel invoice has been paid in full.
The value of your voucher will be calculated using the final value of the hotel services provided, excluding any third-party costs such as audiovisual (AV) services or other external supplier charges.
Your voucher will be sent to you by Amplified Hotels, who are solely responsible for the organization and fulfillment of this promotion. This promotion is separate to any commission due directly with the hotel.
Where the invoice is issued in a currency other than GBP or EUR, the qualifying amount will be based on current exchange rates, following the event.
